Summer cocktails: Impress your guests with these cocktail recipes from Eagle One Gin

Are you wondering how to improve your cocktail-making game? Perhaps you’re planning a special BBQ or garden party and want to find a refreshing, fun drink that’s simple to make but absolutely delicious.

Thanks to the team at Eagle One Gin, we have a perfect duo of cocktails for you to try at home - ideal for the gin lovers amongst us.

The Lanson Mule

  • 40ml of Eagle One Summer Gin

  • 25ml Lime Juice

  • 15ml of simple syrup

  • 100ml of Ginger Beer (try a light ginger beer to not overpower the gin taste)

  • Mint

In a shaker, add gin, lime juice and simple syrup, and shake for 20 seconds. Take your glass, add ice and strain the liquid from the shaker.

Top with the ginger beer - don’t shake it, or it will explode - and garnish with mint and slices of lime.

English Garden

  • 40ml of Eagle One Summer Gin

  • Two strips of cucumber

  • 10 mint leaves

  • 20ml of St. Germain (Elderflower liqueur)

  • 100ml Apple Juice

In a shaker, add the gin, St. Germain, mint leaves and cucumber strips (use a peeler). Shake for 20 seconds.

In a glass, add ice and strain from the shaker. Top with the apple juice and garnish with a strip of cucumber and mint leaves.

If you don’t have St Germain, swap it out for elderflower cordial. This will make it sweeter and less alcoholic.
