Launceston Life teams up with Launceston Rugby Club

Launceston Life is delighted to announce they have partnered up with the Cornish All Blacks and Launceston Rugby Club to lead the club’s advertising and sponsorship opportunities.

With the recent growth of Rosie Cripps and Claire Pearce joining the team at the end of 2020, along with being so passionate about what they do in and for the community, this meant that when the opportunity came about to work with a fantastic local organisation, the team jumped at the chance.

Ellie Mason, Launceston Life managing director, said: “The club has been doing an amazing job with all their advertising and sponsorship opportunities, though with the experience we have working with the likes of The Royal Cornwall Show we wanted to enable the club to realise the site’s full potential. The more we can raise for the club, the bigger the community benefit.”

Andy Crichton, Launceston Rugby Club chairman, said: “We are excited about this new partnership and look forward to seeing it develop and flourish. There is extensive positivity around the club’s future with players eagerly looking forward to the new season, boding well for the club’s future prospects.”

It goes without saying that most people in Lanson are familiar with the club, whether they play themselves, their child plays or they’re a lifelong supporter of the team.

From May, Launceston Life will be heading up the club’s advertising and sponsorship opportunities, with plenty of existing and new opportunities for businesses to capitalise on the weekday and Sunday training sessions, and the Saturday match day events. They can offer everything from space on signage around the pitch to players, shirts and more!

Sponsoring the club not only enables the club to continue their important work instilling such healthy and active habits in the community, it also brings ample opportunities for businesses to gain exposure locally and further afield, with different teams from across the league bringing their own supporters to Polson.

With the easing of restrictions, the club is looking forward to resuming its regular training sessions each week and games at weekends, with players, club members and supporters excited to ‘get back to it’. It’s expected there will be a high footfall in the seasons ahead, making sponsorship even more beneficial for local businesses.

Launceston Life is so excited to be working with Launceston Rugby Club. If you are a local business wanting to sponsor the club, a player or a shirt, get in touch with Claire, claire@launcestonlife.com
